How to Make Squid in sauce

Instructions

Step 1
• Chop the onion, pepper and garlic, in a pot with oil, add everything together and fry for about 20 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Step 2
• Clean the calamari by removing the skin and chopping them up. When everything is poached, add the tomatoes, the chilli pepper and the salt.
Step 3
• Saute for 15 minutes and add the calamari and stir, add the brandy and when the alcohol evaporates half a glass of water.
Step 4
• We leave them on medium heat for about 20 minutes while we fry some potatoes to accompany them.
