How to Make Monkfish puff pastry with spinach and onion.
Instructions
- Cut the onion into julienne strips and fry it with the minced garlic clove.
- Once poached, add the finely cleaned and chopped spinach and let it drain all the water.
- Add the ginger and season to taste. We reserved it in a colander.
- We remove the thorn from the middle of the monkfish's tail so that the pieces remain. We salt and pepper.
