How to Make Monkfish puff pastry with spinach and onion.

Instructions

    Step 1
  • Cut the onion into julienne strips and fry it with the minced garlic clove.
  • Step 2
  • Once poached, add the finely cleaned and chopped spinach and let it drain all the water.

  • Add the ginger and season to taste. We reserved it in a colander.
