For a children's meeting at school a divine cake, here I am to teach you how to prepare an excellent and special Carrot Cake.
To decorate it you can add chocolate showers and don't miss a very cold drink.

How to Make Carrot cake
Instructions
- Put the egg, oil, brown sugar, orange zest and carrot in a bowl. Whisk with the mixer until integrated.
- Then add the flour, baking powder and nuts and continue whisking until there are no lumps.
- Butter the mold (I used an 18cm one) and pour in the preparation. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 45-60 minutes, or until you insert a knife comes out clean and dry.
- For the frosting, whisk the three ingredients until you get a smooth and firm cream.
- Once the carrot cake is cold, fill it up and cover it with the frosting.
- Cool it well before cutting and serving it so that it holds up and that's it!! Let's enjoy it.
