How to Make Argentinian rosquettes
Instructions
- The first thing will be to dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and leave for about 10 minutes
- Add the flour, the butter of your choice (butter/fat-butter/butter)
- Place the yolks, the anise beans, the yeast dissolved in the milk and the sugar.
- Make a smooth, smooth dough.
- Let it rise until it doubles in size.

- Divide the dough into the desired size (I made 12 huge ones) you can make more.
- Roll out each piece of dough and give it the shape of a donut, join at the ends moistening the dough so that it does not come off in the oven.
- Let it rise again (always covered with film so that it does not dry out)
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Bake them until they are golden brown, but soft golden.
