How to Make Lekué: salmon in soy sauce and wild asparagus
Instructions
- Clean the asparagus and place them in Lekué's steamed case. If they are very thin we don't cut them and if they are thick we cut them into pieces. Salt and pepper them and add a tablespoon of water. Put in the microwave for 3 or 4 minutes (depends on the power)
- Once cooked, remove them on a plate.
- We put the salmon in the case. We add salt (very little because the soy sauce is already salty). We added a generous splash of olive oil and a little soy sauce. Cover with sesame seeds. We put it in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. We plate.
