Instructions
- In an express pot, put oil to heat, and add the meat. Let it brown on all sides, approximately 20 minutes it will take you. Remove the meat from the pot and set it aside.
- Add the vegetables to the pot: carrot, onion, tomato, paprika, parsley, garlic, oregano.
- Add the salt, wine, water and reincorporate the meat.
- Cover the pot and once it starts to boil, lower the heat in the kitchen and let it cook for 70 minutes.
- Wait for the pressure to drop before opening the pot, a few minutes will do.
