How to Make Beef and Broccoli
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch to make the sauce. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the thinly sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for a few minutes until they turn bright green.
- Return the cooked beef to the pan and pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli. Stir well.
