How to Make Beef and Broccoli

Instructions

    Step 1
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch to make the sauce. Set aside.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

  • Add the thinly sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
