How to Make Lemon pasta
Instructions
- Boil the salted water and put in the spaghetti. If the bag says 8 minutes of cooking, then let it boil for only 6, since we will finish cooking them in the pan later.
- You can add a little bay leaf to the water.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, simmer the olive oil and butter in a large pan.
- Add the lemon juice and let the oil infuse. In the meantime, you can grate the lemon, the cheese and chop the basil.
- After 6 minutes of cooking the spaghetti, take it out of the water and pour it into the pan, always on low heat.
- IMPORTANT: HERE YOU SHOULD STORE A CUP (250CC) OF THE WATER WHERE WE COOKED THE PASTA.
- Saute by adding the water little by little, without letting the pasta dry out. When the water runs out, you can add another teaspoon of butter and the lemon zest.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste (the lemon pepper is very good!)
- Serve and garnish with chopped basil, for more flavor and color. Put as much cheese as you want on top of it and let's eat!
