How to Make Potato roll filled with sliced turkey and light cheese
Instructions
- In a pot full of water, boil the potatoes (peeled) and when they are ready, mash them in a potato masher or simply use a fork.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature for half an hour. When the potatoes are cold, add the egg, salt, black pepper and flour.
- Mix well until the dough is smooth and homogeneous
- Take the dough and spread it on a sheet of lightly floured baking paper.
- Add the sliced turkey and light cheese 😁 and, with the help of parchment paper, roll it on itself, creating a candy.
- Bake in a static oven at 180° with all the baking paper for about 25/30 minutes.
- When it is golden on the surface, take it out of the oven and let it cool down so that it gains texture
