You can accompany it with alajillo breads and garnish with fresh coriander leaves, red paprika strips and avocado.

How to Make Broiled rice with chicken
Instructions
- Chop the chicken body and brown it in a pan or paella pan with a little olive oil
- Saute garlic, onion and pepper in the same pan where the chicken body is browning
- Add a splash of fried tomato and 4 fists of rice or whatever size they normally use per person. And we mix for two minutes. (On other occasions I have added canned peas)
- Add the chicken stock brick and half a tablet of vegetable broth and a pinch of salt to taste.
- Let it cook for half an hour covered. So that it is warm and does not evaporate and we serve.
