How to Make Broiled rice with chicken

Instructions

    Step 1
  • Chop the chicken body and brown it in a pan or paella pan with a little olive oil
  • Step 2
  • Saute garlic, onion and pepper in the same pan where the chicken body is browning
  • Step 3
  • Add a splash of fried tomato and 4 fists of rice or whatever size they normally use per person. And we mix for two minutes. (On other occasions I have added canned peas)
  • Step 4
  • Add the chicken stock brick and half a tablet of vegetable broth and a pinch of salt to taste.
  • Step 5
  • Let it cook for half an hour covered. So that it is warm and does not evaporate and we serve.
