How to Make Gorditas
Instructions
- Mix the oil, baking powder, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Add the flour and mix them with your hand until they are integrated.
- Add the milk little by little, and knead until you get a dough that doesn't stick to your fingers.
- Take out small balls and stretch them with a kneading stick or your hands.
- Heat some oil in a pan over low heat.
- When it is hot, add the gorditas and leave them until they are browned on the bottom.
- Turn them over and leave until golden brown on the other side.
