How to Make Okra Soup
Instructions
- In a pot, cook the assorted meats with water, stock cubes, and onions until tender. Set aside.
- Heat palm oil in another pot. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and ground crayfish. Fry until the oil separates.
- Add the cooked meats, okra, ground pepper, and salt to the pot. Stir well.
- Pour in water and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the chopped waterleaf or spinach. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Adjust the seasoning if necessary and serve hot with your choice of fufu or rice.
