How to Make Okra Soup

  • In a pot, cook the assorted meats with water, stock cubes, and onions until tender. Set aside.

  • Heat palm oil in another pot. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and ground crayfish. Fry until the oil separates.

  • Add the cooked meats, okra, ground pepper, and salt to the pot. Stir well.

  • Pour in water and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Add the chopped waterleaf or spinach. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
