How to Make Pascualina
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large pot, boil the fresh chard until tender. Drain and chop finely.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until it's soft and translucent.
- Add the chopped chard to the skillet and cook for a few more minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and place it in a pie dish.
- Spread half of the chard mixture evenly on top of the pastry.
- Arrange a layer of hard-boiled egg slices on top of the chard.
