How to Make Salmon tartare
Instructions
- The ingredients.
- Remove the skin from the salmon and cut into cubes.
- Cut the avocado into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of mustard and a touch of ground black pepper.
- Mix the sauce with the salmon cubes.
