How to Make Cari Mee
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then rinse in cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, turmeric powder, curry powder, and chili paste. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
