- First of all, we will prepare the Yakisoba sauce by simply mixing all the ingredients listed in a container and mixing them.
- Once ready, we will reserve it.
- Once the sauce is prepared, we will prepare the vegetables.
- To do this, we will chop the carrot, pepper and onion into sticks.
- Cut the meat into thin strips.
- Place it in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add a little grated ginger and add a pinch of sesame oil and mix.
- Once all the ingredients are prepared, we will put a pot of water to cook the noodles.
- When the water starts to boil, add a little salt and the noodles.
- We turned off the heat and removed the pot.
- We remove the noodles that will quickly be ready.
- Drain the noodles with the help of a sieve and put them in cold water to cut the cooking.
